Updated

When you ask Lisa about a painting, she receives what you type into the form and uses it to answer you and arrange a sale. The site also counts visits. Your information is never sold or used for advertising, and you can ask Lisa to delete what you sent.

What the site collects

  • What you send through the form
  • A count of visits and how the site is used

What it never does

  • Sell your information
  • Use it for advertising

What the form asks for, and what Lisa does with it

The inquiry form asks for your name and email, the paintings you are asking about, and anything else you choose to tell her. Lisa uses it to answer you, to confirm a painting's price and size, and to arrange the sale if you go ahead. If you buy a print, your name and shipping address go to her printmaker so it can be printed and sent to you.

This site runs on Cloudflare's network, and Cloudflare checks that a person, not a program, is sending the form. The services that deliver your note carry it to Lisa's inbox.

How the site counts visits

An analytics service counts visits and how visitors use the site, such as which pages they read, how they found it and when a form is sent. It uses cookies or similar tools to tell a return visit from a first one. You can block or clear cookies in your browser's settings, and every page works the same without them.

The site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Ask Lisa to see or delete what you sent

Write to Lisa from the Contact page to see what she has from you or to ask her to delete it.

This site is for adults buying art, and it does not knowingly collect anything from children under 13.

This policy belongs to Lisa Baker Fine Art, Lisa Baker's watercolor studio in her home in Arroyo Grande, California. If it changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. How a sale works is in the terms.
